The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. With an understanding of project management processes and tools, will coordinate tasks and roadmap for company brands digital footprint across Europe.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic, complex and geographically diverse business. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is crucial to this role. Strong written and verbal English, decision making ability and attention to detail are required. This is a full-time position based in Madrid, Spain.

The Executive Support Project Manager will:
• Plan and coordinate the VP’s weekly agenda according to pre-determined priorities, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and travel
• Schedule and coordinate regular communication between the VP and VP’s direct reports in regional offices throughout Europe
• Preparing presentation materials as well as reporting as necessary including financial information, business analytics and market research
• Handles administrative aspects and revisions of assigned programs/projects
• Plans meetings, conferences and seminars
• Prioritize and manage special projects as they arise

Requisitos

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with experience in website development and maintenance coordination
• Experience providing executive support
• Results oriented, ability to solve problems and negotiate projects issues
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Experience assisting management with the creation of presentations
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• University degree
• Fluent spoken and written English
