HR Retail Coordinator - Shanghai
Descripción
Experience as an HR or similar in the retail business (especially in Fashion Retail). Able to settle in China and able to travel around China in a weekly basis. Chinese as mother tongue and high level of English.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recruitment of store positions and eventual Company structure in the country.
- Monitoring and appraising the teams of the store and the structure employees in the country.
- Analysis of the KPI (sales, hours, productivity and personnel cost)
- Training and development of the teams
- Organizing and planning the openings of the stores from the HR point of view
